VARIETY OF PROJECTS - in our offer we have a lot of projects, thanks to which every customer will find something for themselves. We are not limited to one technology or one style. We are open to interesting ideas and novelties. We are happy to take on challenges often associated with modern construction. Among our projects, customers can find both one-story and two-story houses, with or without a garage, with a flat, gable or multi-slope roof, traditional log houses, as well as more modern barns, both large and more intimate houses. We have a database of projects for self-assembly. If the customer has an idea for an individual house design - our architects will be happy to help in creating a tailored design that will meet the investor's requirements.
INDIVIDUAL APPROACH TO THE CUSTOMER - our offer is flexible, thanks to which we can approach each client individually, thanks to which we are able to meet the high requirements of the investor. Each client is assigned a designer, to whom the client can seek advice in case of any doubts.
TIMELINESS - we make sure to stick to the promised deadlines included in the contract. We order materials and all necessary articles well in advance so that the investor's dream house is ready on time.
QUALITY - we care very much about the quality of the material we order. The wood we use comes from Polish forests. Glued logs come to us from Austria. However, for us, not only the quality of the material matters, but also the quality of the work done. Our foremen make sure that everything on construction sites runs smoothly and with good building practice. They pay attention to important details and keep an eye on the quality of work. In addition, during the works, the construction site is visited by designers and staff, which means that any ambiguities are quickly dispelled.
DEVELOPED MACHINE PARK - in our production hall we have a lot of machines that not only help production workers and facilitate and improve everyday work, but also thanks to which we can maintain high quality. The Hundegger K2I CNC machine, on which the wooden elements are cut, is accurate to several decimal places. This makes the wooden elements fit together perfectly, and their assembly becomes much easier and faster.
ADVICE AT EVERY STAGE - we are at the customer's disposal at every stage of construction. We can suggest which project is worth choosing or what is worth including in the house design. We will be happy to make an initial valuation. We will answer any bothering questions. We will suggest important information in credit matters. During the construction of the house, we will be happy to clarify doubts, suggest interesting construction, material and interior solutions.
NO LEGAL HIT - we do not use the so-called "stars" or "hooks" ;) The contract is transparent and clear with us, we explain it thoroughly when signing, and if there are any doubts - nothing stands in the way of clarifying them.
