Frame houses are buildings whose main load-bearing structure are wooden posts (with us measuring 5x15cm or 5x20cm) spaced every 60cm. Between the posts there is insulation - wood wool. OSB boards, laths, plasterboards, additional layers of insulation and membranes are nailed to the posts. The frame structure is very light and is ideal for prefabrication. This means that most of the work related to nailing the walls, inserting insulation and covering with other layers takes place at the factory, thanks to which almost ready wall elements arrive at the construction site, and the construction significantly gains time. On the construction site, usually only the facade remains to be finished. This system also allows the windows to be placed before the entire house is assembled. Thanks to the machines on which the wooden elements are cut, each of these elements is properly labeled and signed.
The frame system leaves complete freedom to finich the facade. This means that the house can be covered with a board (thinner or thicker, which will resemble a log pattern), finiched with plaster (which makes the building look like brick from the outside) or mixed (wooden facade combined with plaster facade).
The frame structure gives a great opportunity to create various shapes. It is ideal for both intimate, simple houses with gable roof, as well as for larger and more complex blocks. Ease of assembly and disassembly makes it an ideal structure for modular houses.
Below in the gallery you can find our project proposals for frame houses, however, nothing stands in the way of our company making any project chosen by the customer.
