OLGA-2 timber house project with installation instructions is a proposal for a single-storey house in timber frame technology. The layout of the rooms on one level of the house will appeal especially to families having small children or caring for an elderly person. The simple body of the house and lightweight construction will make the house quick and easy to build and economical in later use. A large covered terrace adjacent to the building will be a perfect place to relax both on sunny afternoons and in the rain. The main advantage of the OLGA project is a well-conceived interior layout that increases the functionality of the house. A clear division into living and night zones will allow for a peaceful sleep away from the noise. The interior of the house is accessed through a vestibule, where space has been allocated for a closet and a direct entrance to the house and to the boiler room - pantry. The communicative corridor leading to the rooms connects to the spacious living room and kitchen. Near the entrance area - the hall, for the convenience of householders and guests, a toilet with a non-obstructive entrance was separated. Next to the kitchen, a pantry has been designed, where you will be able to store home preserves, groceries and, if necessary, additionally use as a boiler room in which the area will allow the installation of a stove for any fuel. The fireplace planned in the living room will make the time more pleasant for the residents and warm the building. In the right part of the house are the bedrooms of the householders. In three set, comfortable bedrooms everyone will find a place for themselves. The simple body of the building and simple structural solutions for the walls and roof trusses have been designed so that a person using the assembly instructions can build the house on their own, saving tens of thousands of zlotys when building their own house. The roof truss of repetitive elements built from a template guarantees their correct installation.
