There are many reasons to build a wooden house. Below we present some of them.
Wood is a versatile material
Wood is a material that works great in almost any weather and is suitable for construction in almost every country. This raw material can be used to create a basic structure - wooden posts for walls, load-bearing columns, ceiling beams, trusses, rafters, purlins - but also house decorations: boards for the facade, boards for the floor, stairs, furniture. This makes the house cohesive.
Wooden houses are warm houses
Wood has fantastic insulating properties, which means that wooden houses heat up really quickly and keep you warm in winter, while in summer they do not let heat through and are pleasantly cool inside. A warm house is evidenced not only by the very good properties of wood. Both the external walls and the roof of the house are lined with vapor barrier foil and filled with appropriate thermal insulation over the entire surface. All this affects the high thermal insulation of external walls and ensures low heating costs of our house in winter.
Wooden houses can be built in winter
Wooden houses can also be erected in winter. This is due to the technology of erecting wooden structures - they are dry structures that do not need wet materials that must bind together and need a plus temperature for this. The only wet works in the construction of a wooden house are the foundations, which should be done in autumn at the latest. This means that the construction season lasts all year round for our company, and customers do not have to wait several years to live in their dream house.
The house is ready to move in in a few months
Wooden houses, although they also settle, do not need time to dry. Their construction to the developer's standard takes about 2-3 months (depending on the size and complexity of the block), after this time the investor can start to finish the interiors. This makes it possible to live in a wooden house after only a few months from the start of construction, which is a very convenient and economical option. In the case of frame houses, the prefabrication of walls, which takes place in the production hall, additionally speeds up all work.
Low house heating costs
As mentioned above, wood has great insulating properties, which makes it possible to protect the interior of our house against the cold, without having to incur high heating costs. The economical and popular heat pump with underfloor heating works perfectly in such constructions, because in the case of wooden houses the air is heated, and not - as in the case of brick houses - the walls.
