The spacious living area is a simple and classic combination of living room, dining room and kitchen, while the intimate zone consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace for spending time outdoors regardless of weather conditions. The entrance to the house is through a small arcade that protects from rain and sun. The body of the building is closed on a rectangular plan, covered with a gabled roof. This form of the building makes it simple in construction and cheap in operation.
