Z469 is a proposal for a simple, contemporary house with a garage. The uncomplicated construction and gabled roof make it a cheap and easy to build investment.
The main aesthetic feature is the modern eaveless roof covered with seamed metal sheets. The facade made of clinker brick and wood perfectly harmonizes with it. Modernity is added by the use of high windows, which illuminate the living area of the house and emphasize its industrial character.
