Z256 D is a project of a modern house. It is formed by a simple body with a gable roof. Original elements of the elevation and interesting colors give it an unusual charm.
The biggest advantage of this project is the single-space combination of a bright living room with a dining room and kitchen. In the vestibule there will be space for a sizable closet, and from here there is access to a large utility room for various forms of heating. The left side of the house is the rest area of the householders. Here there is a hallway which is a link between the various rooms. Two, comfortable bedrooms are located here, each with space for a closet, and a bathroom that will accommodate a shower and a bathtub.
