It will certainly appeal to those who prefer unconventional solutions. The simple body of the building with a gabled, non-eaves roof has been varied with glazing that gives lightness. Sophisticated design has been achieved through subtle detailing and the contrast of two materials - anthracite facade tile imitating brick and the warm color of wooden shuttering. An asset of the Kiri house project is an interesting open living area, very well lit thanks to huge glazing. This arrangement of the kitchen, living room and dining room makes them seem even larger, and the landscape from outside becomes an indispensable part of the interior. Cooking enthusiasts are sure to like the comfortable, modern kitchen complemented by a practical, large pantry. The functional first floor program is further complemented by a study, a bathroom, a large boiler room and a single-car garage. A wide, comfortable staircase leads to the attic where there are 3 bedrooms. The largest of them has its own bathroom and dressing room. The functional whole of the attic is completed by a shared bathroom and laundry room. The Kiri wooden project is an ideal proposition for a family of 4-5 people, who appreciate the elegant, modern look of the building and its sophisticated styling.
